No Need to Pay In Advance

Submit your order using the order form and/or by choosing from our online catalog. Give as much information as you can about what items you wish to order, such as title, whether you want student's books, teacher's books, workbooks, CDs etc and how many of each item you need.

ETJ members receive a 20% discount on all English language teaching materials published by non-Japanese publishers and available in Japan. This applies to all coursebooks, resource books, reference materials etc. Non-members of ETJ may get the 20% discount by joining ETJ - for free - at the same time as making the first order.

How to Pay

Payment for books is due by the end of the month following the date of invoice. You will receive an invoice and a post office payment form with your books. Payment can be made through any post office or by bank transfer to the bank account listed on the invoice.

There is a standard postage and package fee of 500 yen regardless of the size of an order, so it is best to order more than one book at a time. There's free shipping for orders over 100,000 yen.

Notification and Delivery

You will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation of your order this will list the books you have ordered and provide a provisional for the books that are in our online catalog. You will then receive, within 2 working days an e-mail with a PDF invoice attached which will confirm your order, final pricing and any other details.

You will be notified if there is any problem with the availability of the materials you have ordered. If the materials are in stock in Japan, you will usually receive them within a week.
