In order to provide a consistent, high-quality, value-for-money service to all our customers we are now only supplying books from publishers with an office or representative in Japan who also keep a reasonable amount of stock in the country.

We believe that publishers who have an office / representative in Japan and who keep stock here are showing the needed level of commitment to their Japanese customers to ensure that a proper level of service can be provided. Such publishers have their books listed in our main catalog and they can be ordered using our website. If you are unable to find the book you are looking for then it means we have decided that we can no longer sell it. We're sorry for any inconvenience, but believe this policy is in the best interests of all our customers.
