Shigemi Takanashi: Customer Service Manager Shigemi is responsible for making sure your orders get to you as quickly as possible and is usually behind the messages you get sent from us. She is from Saitama, spent a year in the US between the ages of 5 and 6 and loves to travel abroad. She was in New Zealand last Christmas and Kenya the year before that. Strangely, wherever she travels abroad, she is always being asked directions by the locals! |

Akiko Fujibayashi: Sales Representative Akiko comes from Hokkaido and used to work as an English school manager before joining ELTBOOKS.com. She has a keen interest in cooking, plays the piano and is regular visitor to the local Shinto shrine in Ebisu. Akiko’s role is to find schools that haven’t heard of the benefits of ordering from ELTBOOKS.com, but she’s happy if they find her first! |

Matthias Reich: IT Matthias built and maintains the website you’re using now. He is married to a Japanese lady and has two very active kids. As a hobby he enjoys traveling and sharing his travels on his own website in English and German. Matthias used to be good at table tennis and is the president of ELT Services Japan Ltd. |

Russell Willis: Marketing Russell founded ELTBOOKS.com and works on improving the user experience of the site, creating systems, and planning online marketing for the site. He is president of our sister company, eigoTown.com. As a teenager he published a number of fanzines about comics, with contributions from the likes of Alan Moore. He is the proud owner of a copy of Amazing Fantasy #15 and is still good at table tennis. |
